So if we hire a "proper manager" will he bring bassong back from the cold? I wanted Bassong and Bennett as our 1st choice all along.

At no point since they both joined the club have I seen a better cb pairing than Turner and Bassong. Nothing else gets close.

But we''ve gone with media friendly Martin and it''s cost us.

Correct. Bennett and bassong is the future though. Martin is not a CB but he''s a solid RB. He should stay there and Whittaker should do one back to scotland.

Bassong generally plays well when he believes in the manager.

Did not belive in Adams, and got benched for it.
