Phelan as Manager? 0/4?

So what now? Will Phelan be manager before the next game?

And if so is that really the answer? Another ex player with no managerial experience? I know he''s learnt from the best but as a manager he has no experience.

Grant, Gunn and Adams hasn''t worked so it doesn''t bode well for Phelan.

And if we do bring in Pulis or A N Other surely he will want his own backroom staff? So where would that leave Phelan?

If the board are contemplating Phelan as manager then that''s the 4th ex player with no managerial experience we''ve tried and I suggest it will end in tears again.

If a new guy wants his own staff what then? Phelan gone?

Its a total shambles at the moment, we seem to be completely void of leadership, passion, experience and a ''plan''.

I can''t remember Pullis taking his own backroom staff to Palace. I thought he worked with what was there.
