I have listed a few below, what would you add?

He must command respect

He must be a disciplinarian

He must be single minded

He must be tactically astute

He must be brave

I certainly agree with you on most of the list.

But I could take issue with ''tactically astute'' (especially for the Premiership).

Nevertheless with the qualities he has I am sure he will do well as a Championship manager this season.

Someone that have proved their self with youngsters and is good with the media side of things and a backroom staff  of someone that has been at one of the Premierships top clubs and won trophy''s also someone that worked his guts out on the pitch and takes it to the training ground !

Indeed yellow wall. And possibly in the premiership again before too long.

But the top quality anyone should have is honesty. Without honesty standards drop. That is the same whether itsca football club or a football forum.

We need somebody who does not have to apologise for being pi55 poor every other week , and who does not claim to be Norwich through and through while destroying what chance we did have of promotion.A disgrace that tonight Adams can still call himself manager of Norwich City .
