Mandie Moo 93 Posted October 17, 2014 Afternoon everyoneI''m in early for a change, although I don''t have a clue what my Mear Kat is doing, so will no doubt be back later!!Eddie - I should be fine for 8th November. For the PUPs bet, I''d like to suggest that BAYERN MUNICH will beat bottom of the table Werder Bremen. One day I will bet on Paderborn, a place that holds a lot of memories for myself and Diesel Doris, as we lived there for a while in the late 80s/early 90sFor the match bet, I''m convinced we''ll stop the rot as far as Fulham are concerned and would like to suggest a 3-1 victory for us, with Jerome to score at any time.Good Luck Kathy and Lakey. Mr Angry 1,555 Posted October 17, 2014 Just spent an hour searching, found one but now see that it has already been picked. Don''t have any more time to look so will have to go with that one, which was Midtjylland to beat Silkeborg at home in the Danish SAS League. Top against bottom, odds are 2/5.Good luck all PUPs and of course especially for Kathy.

The Great Drinkell 50 Posted October 17, 2014 Despite a turnaround in form since the appointment of Keith Curle, the long trip down to Plymouth may be a step to far.Plymouth V Carlisle Home winFor the Match bet I''ll go with Hoper making an immediate impact as a Sub and go with Hooper to score the last goal.Good luck to the pickers. PurpleCanary 5,557 Posted October 17, 2014 The Schleswig-Holstein section of the German Oberliga.Schiksee to win at home against Anglen 02.Schiksee are only fourth but in very good forn, having won their last four and scoring 17 goals in the process. Anglen 02, by contrast, won their first two games but in their last 11 have drawn one and lost 10, conceding 39 goals. Current odds from William Hill are a reasonable 1/5.For the Norwich City bet I like the look of Lafferty to score the last goal, at 15/2.Good luck to all! Kathy 733 Posted October 17, 2014 As I’m off out early tonight it’s make your mind up time. When I did this successfully a couple of years back, the technique I used was to choose the selections of the hundred percenters (although admittedly the season isn’t quite so old this time around). I have decided to use this ploy again so where they have selected in time, I will pick Mr Angry, Purple, Til101 (when has he ever known to be wrong about anything in the history of the world?) and Trent. I shall also avoid my own pick as I’ve already got 2 wrong this season, and on his own recommendation, that of Beauseant! So here it is: Bayern v Werderhome winNomme Kalju v Trans home winMidtyjjlland v Silkeborghome winBarcelona v Elbarhome winAtletico Madrid v Espanolhome winShiksee v Anglen 02home win Sorry if I haven’t picked yours. Fingers crossed - Kathy

lake district canary 4,531 Posted October 17, 2014 Right, here goes. As the Norwich bet isn''t an accumulator, I''ve looked at all the ideas and have tried to combine one or two of them to give a chance of slightly more return if they come in. So -1. Jerome to score last 2. HT/FT Fulham/Norwich3. 3-2 to Norwich4. 2-2 5. 2-0 to Norwich Lafferty scoring first goal6. 1-1 A bit hit or miss, but a reasonable spread of results I hope. Each result there has us scoring one two or three goals, so covering a few bases there. Sorry to those who put in Fulham wins.....can''t bring myself to bet on us losing [:)] Hope one or more of these comes in and we see a win on the pitch too!OTBC
