Craig Brown 0 Posted October 20, 2014 Question for all Norwich City fans. When Norwich played Liverpool at Anfield back in 1992-93 - who was the player wearing the number eight shirt who delivered the cross from the corner which led to Ian Butterworth scoring a header? Norfolk Dan 304 Posted October 20, 2014 Crook, Goss or Andy Johnson I would guess are your choices.

Craig Brown 0 Posted October 20, 2014 Well it wouldn''t be Johnson - because he didn''t feature much for Norwich at that time. It could be Dave Philips. But I am not sure. I have the video footage of the Liverpool 4-1 Norwich game and looking at the video - I can tell its not Goss or Crook taking the corner. Its a job to identify the individual. clarkey1972 0 Posted October 21, 2014 strange what time does to the memory. I could have swore Beckford scored the goal in the 4-1 defeat that season. I (thought) I remembered it well.Just googled it and it was the season before Beckford scored in a 2-1 defeat at Anfield.
