Dropping Points Against Average Teams

Recommended Posts

For me one of the biggest worries of this run is that we have not even been playing teams you would expect to be in the top 10 at the end of the season. Birmingham look nailed on to go down, Rotherham will be lower midtable at best and Sheffield sounded distinctly average. Yet we can only take 3 points from those games.

Adams is increasingly looking like a manager who doesn''t know what to do- formation changing every week, trying to shoe horn in players into the wrong positions, just chucking things at the wall and hoping something sticks. Not good enough.

every game in this division is a tough one regardless of peoples perceptions of who is and isnt a big or average clubits one of the toughest leagues to get out of which is why delia and mcnallys sloth like approach and outright ignorance last season will cost the club massively

That was not a tough game today. Not was Leeds at home. Both sides were utter sh*t and we should have beaten both comfortably.

It''s a tough league and I can''t see anybody running away with it, we are picking up points and getting lots of chances, which on other occasions may have resulted in goals. Anybody that thought we were going to walk this League knows very little about championship football.

If we employed somebody who was good at coaching a progressive technical game then we''d walk this league. We have some very good technical players who aren''t being coached on how to play together. We''re constantly losing the ball and failing to spot passes, thereby letting teams off the hook. Collectively we lack instinct. Players don''t know what to do when they are near the ball, hence too often play goes backwards or sideways.

We SHOULD be running away with it.

Why are we constantly losing the ball?

Because we give the ball away

Because adams is telling them to play a passing game, ruddy fools the ball out more often than not, we''re not good enough to play that way and he picks the side, it seems everyone but him realises that BJ can''t hold the ball up or it seems find a player on his own team, but he still keeps picking the same players and expecting something to happen

We''re not good enough to play a passing game Mickdundee, surely you don''t mean that. I was told we have the best squad in the league?
