Sorry, but you can dress it up as you like, the guy is out of his depth summed up by the statement he has just made on Radio Norfolk!!

I''d have not bothered even go into the dressing room, i''d have gone to the team bus and gone home, text them when halfway down the M1 and told them to sort themselves out getting home, utter trash tonight. Only Redmond really came out of the game with any credit.

Being fair, how can he read them the riot act when a large chunk of the responsibility for our poor performances come down to HIS decisions on team selection and tactical approach? It was a disastrous decision when he was first appointed, and whilst it may not have been the best approach, Bassong called it right - Who the hell is Neil Adams when it comes to managerial experience!Never mind riot acts or any other paper talk nonsense, get Adams out of the club and get in a PROVEN manager with good experience who won''t sit there and let us slide to mediocrity all over again...

Totally agree, Indy_Bones.

Also, another thing that is bothering me now is the "cosy nature" of the interviews with Adams and Goreham. Goreham was asking Chris Hughton some very tough questions last season after bad performances, making it awkward, almost to the point of making the interview uncomfortable to listen to. If NA continues to waste this opportunity (our best chance of going back up is our first chance) then can you see him asking any tough questions to his best buddy who he travelled all around the country doing commentaries with? No!

We need a REAL manager, asap.

And even if the RN interviews are a little ''tame'' compared to what we might expect after a performance of that standard, it''s not like it can mask the inherent deficiencies in the performance. Throughout the commentary the team were very disparaging about the performance, especially in the second half. I think they get the balance about right.

I didnt hear him say that, but.....had that been his predecessor this thread would have been red hot, although there were more active posters then of course.

Agree he picks the team etc.....but......Mr.Nice Guy doesnt work with under performers!!

I got fed up with player apologies and managers excuses last season. Play well or get dropped, win games or get sacked - now shut up and get on with it!
