FCC 94 Posted November 8, 2014 When appointed Adams left many disappointed, a poor run of results was always going lead to this. He needs to go and a new face who we can unite behind come in. He won''t win the crowd over so get rid now. Sadly, I think the board will drag this on with Adams like with Hughton and Worthington. I hope the board must learn from their mistakes - act now! Dame to Blame 108 Posted November 8, 2014 This is the problem Adams has he was not a popular choice and he would need to hit the ground running. Once a bad run happened it was obvious that a lot of fans will turn against the appointment of Adams . He wii find it very hard to get the crowd on his side and this will only fester and drag the club down. He needs to go for the good of the club.
mrs miggins 0 Posted November 8, 2014 If we start to win we''ll feel unity, for example look at Sam Allerdyce; he was hated last season and rightly so, now they like him.If we start winning again then everyone will be happy, a bit like we all were at the start of the season, but this team needs to grow a backbone, lead by Neil, or whoever else. We all want him to succeed, whether he will or not, well, we might not even find out
FCC 94 Posted November 8, 2014 It''s a good point about the lack of backbone in the side, but I think that was evident under Hughton and Adams hasn''t addressed it.
Tony Cottee Woz Ere . . . 0 Posted November 8, 2014 The West Ham fans made it perfectly clear to the board and manager that they weren''t happy and demanded more. It''s called having expectations and having a voice. Obviously they were derided by the happy clappers on here but respect to them, they''ve got the response they demanded. Unfortunately Norwich fans don''t have ambition/expectation and are far too timid to let the people in charge know let that this isn''t good enough. The cook and her fellow clowns have always got an easy ride here, and always will do. Hooleyfan 0 Posted November 8, 2014 Being a one team city and county lets the Board take liberties, knowing that we will support the club in our numbers through thick and thin.
