norfolk terrier 0 Posted August 19, 2005 does worthington persist in buying players that are ok for the fizzy league...Mc veigh,jonson,helveg,thorne,doherty etc but not quite good enough for the prem? surely if we go up we need to stay up.imo the only players of any calibre to have been signed in his time are ashton, huckerby &francis.I dont see the arrival of morrison as a good thing worthington would have been beter buying a creative defender to partner shackell.
