crabbycanary 2 Posted September 16, 2014 Edit button please!!Where did my'' Win games when they are not playing at their best'' go?
Horse Renoir 1 Posted September 16, 2014 I''ll shout out Ruddy again, we would have been stupid to even take 20 million for him, he''s won us 8 points alone already
Robornio 106 Posted September 16, 2014 Totally agree with that! A quality keeper keeps you in the game, whilst we finally come to life at the other end to win it. Those saves are crucial! Well done John Ruddy!!!Also well done to the management team. All signings that have played, have made a vital contributions in each game. May it long continue!!! OTBC!!! crabbycanary 2 Posted September 16, 2014 We''ve got top quality, all over this team, and one of the best keepers playing in the English Leagues. There are not many players, from other teams, who would make our starting eleven, and certainly not all from the same team
Cobain18 0 Posted September 16, 2014 Long way to go yet but we look like we have that little bit of quality needed and importantly have the desire and fitness to work for each other (the players). Think the fitness aspect could see us succeed through a long season but time will tell

It's Character Forming 1,160 Posted September 17, 2014 Good post by the OPLast night reminded me of quite a few games in the Prem when we were better for spells against one of the big teams but failed to take advantage.Nice to see it from the other side for a change,
Hairy Canary 696 Posted September 17, 2014 Spot on OP. Make no mistake, Brentford are a very decent team, particularly at home and to ride out their pressure and win with some clinical finishing is the sign of a very good team. Trying to keep my feat on the ground but we are looking good!
BroadstairsR 2,139 Posted September 17, 2014 Agreed. The result last night was every bit as good as the Cardiff come back.Unfashionable they may be but Brentford are more than decent nowadays and will likely win more than they lose this season. If last night''s result had been reversed they would now be sitting above us in the table.Early days, but even the dismal begiinning at Wolves has gained better perspective given their results so far.Norwich have had a toughish start fixture-wise, as the table looks at the moment, and we now have a batch of easier games to consolidate our supremacy and remain an "outstanding team" to quote the Bee''s manager, who was otherwise a bit churlish in his summing up of the game..
