Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Week 8

Recommended Posts

Sorry I''m late, just another busy week!

I''m going for a home win for Portadown v. Warrenpoint Town.

I was feeling fairly confident until I saw Nutty Nigel had also picked this. My form has been a bit iffy too! It will be alright, won''t it, NN? [:O]

Anyway, Good Luck, splutcho!

The Norwich bet looks good, too. [:)]

Thanks for the input Christian, what odds can we get on that?

Seriously though, this thread has no place for petty arguments and squabbles so keep your pathetic comments elsewhere.

Great looking picks and match bets Splutcho and Mr Apples, best of luck.

Molde being held 1-1 here, 20 minutes to go. Come on, I don''t want to fall at the first hurdle.

Torquay are 2-2 at half time...

2 red cards ruin Torquay and our afternoon, but congrats to Mr Apples for a decent return on the Norwich match bet!

PEC Zwolle go 4-2 up in injury time, so at least on a personal note I still have 100%. Still annoyed with myself though as I was originally going to go less risky and take Barcelona rather than Torquay, but stupidly went for more money. Grrr.

In fairness Torquay was my pick, and wasn''t one I considered as much of a risk. Sadly 2 red cards meant it didn''t turn out as expected. Just goes to show anything can happen in football. Unlucky Splutcho!

No sorrys and no recriminations on this thread Splutcho. Whichever six are selected we need luck on our side and it wasn''t in the Torquay game. Great selection with Zwolle at 3/4 though[Y] You could have followed me (and ultimately poor Cosmic who I dragged down with my poor run) with Portadown, a top v bottom fixture at long odds on that also failed. I shall still be looking out for the last three tomorrow so good luck with them. I hope you''ve enjoyed the hot seat despite that unlucky result. I''m already looking forward to your turn next season.

Magnificent Mr Apples! Two winners here amounting to £15.33 for the CSF. So now we''ve had a return in each of the last 6 week''s match bets and the total winnings from those six is now £90. A fantastic return on the £42 staked. I bet our benefactor is "over the moon"!
