We have no choice but to accept that, and look for a really cut-price sale or another loan move.2) He does OK and St Etienne want to sign him, but not for a total cost of €9m euros or so. And he hasn''t done well enough for us to want him back. Then either we agree to be negotiated down to a sum St Etienne are willing to pay or we have to take him back, and look for that cut-price sale or another loan.3) He does so well that we want him back but St Etienne somehow scrape together the money for what would almost certainly be for them a club record transfer fee. [/quote]Like it or not, only supporters came claim a link with "family".Footballers, despite having families and difficulties no doubt, are still chattels and commodities.Just as they treat their "family" club with disdain when it suits them, quid pro quo when it comes to terminating their employment albeit for a large amount of money.
