Has been cancelled, the over head projector has been double booked.

That''s probably because Lakey hasn''t yet figured out if his current lecture tour is truly pro Adams or, in reality, an ongoing attempt to justify his support for Hughton beyond the grave.

Positivity means being positive. It means looking on the up side not

the down side. We need to do this more as supporters. If we win we will

get three points, and if we draw we will get one point. Losing gets us

no points but I don''t want to talk about losing games because it isn''t

positive. So if each game has three outcomes - win, draw, or the other

one - we have a two in three chance of getting at least one point.

Sometimes we don''t score goals. We do not go out and try to not

score goals, sometimes it just doesn''t happen and that is when we need

to be positive.

Sometimes we let in goals. We do not go out and try to let in

goals, sometimes it just happens, and that is when we need to be

positive.

Players are human beings too, they make mistakes and get things wrong and that is also when we need to be positive and put it behind us as they didn''t mean to do it, hence it''s a mistake.

(Unless it''s Snodgrass, he''s sh*t and can''t be bothered.)This is why we should be positive - we can always pick up points and

climb up the table. We have a positive manager, and a positive squad of

players at the club except Snodgrass. We have left the dark

days of League One, crossed the Championship divide, dallied in the

land of Milk and Honey that is the Barclays Premier League and we are now back in the Championship but not for long, if we remain positive and sell Snodgrass.  Hallelujah, and praise the board.

You need help [:|]

Takes deep breath........

Positivity doesn''t just exist on its own.   Just expecting things to be positive does not work- to get positivity you have to fight against the negative.  Stuff has to be a combination of  positive and negative.  You can''t have one without the other - or rather you can, but that just leads to extremes - which is not desirable or workable.   In football, too positive and you end up with a side that is unbalanced - liable to score goals, but leak way too many.  Too negative and you end up with no goals scored, and still lose goals at the other end.... as we all know from bitter experience.

Also, its not that Snodgrass can''t be bothered - far from it - he tries to be positive, but the net effect of all his positivity leads to a lot of negativity because he doesn''t channel enough through other players, trying to do it all himself and only bringing other players in when he has run out of options.  The risk next season is that he will be good for himself, score a few goals, win player of the season again - and we will still be in the championship.  On the other hand, if he matures to the point of recognising his  shortcomings and playing to the team''s strengths and not just what he thinks his strengths are, he may be more inclusive, learn to release the ball quicker and create more for others.
