Cheap Cheap Cheap Canaries 0 Posted July 16, 2014 Michael Bailey seems to think Adams wants the Wolf gone so better not get to carried away with his 2 goals against Braintree . Would have liked to see him stay myself because he will only be replaced by somebody like the Coventry lad we tried to bring in , you never upgrade after a relegation . Tetteys Jig 830 Posted July 16, 2014 His tweets suggest there will be tempting offers to Adams. I''d hope we keep RvW though. I think with direct players like Murphy, Redmond and Bennett in the line up, RvW could thrive on tap ins.
GJP 79 Posted July 16, 2014 Looks to me, even just going by his squad number, that they''re hedging their bets. They''d like to get him out but if they''re stuck with him then they can still claim he was always part of the plans. Moreover, it doesn''t put them in such a weak position with any interested parties if it looks we''ve got a player we''re not against keeping, rather than making it clear we''re desperate to get rid because we think he''s rubbish. Maybe they''ll get lucky and he''ll hit some proper form.
CaptnCanary 0 Posted July 16, 2014 Braintree did look awful in the highlights. Terrible defending. Most of the goals were too easy apart from the free kick which was class against any opponent. Both RVW goals were tap ins that he will never get in the Championship.
