Phillip J Fry 0 Posted May 17, 2014 Now that IS interesting. He could possibly be referring to the one match he managed against Arsenal as Cardiff boss, in which Ramsey scored a brace but it would be quite unusual to refer to a team that sacked him as ''us''.The fact that he mentioned Carrow Road just before it is also very suggestive... Phillip J Fry 0 Posted May 17, 2014 Makes them rumours that the only reason he hasn''t been announced today is due to media commitments seem a little more credible, doesn''t it?

He said the goal at Carrow Rd was good - and then he said he played well against ''us'' (meaning Cardiff).
It's Character Forming 1,156 Posted May 17, 2014 InterestingAlso I''m intrigued to know what you have to do to get barred by skybet
Mr Brownstone 0 Posted May 17, 2014 Heard him refer to Cardiff as "We" in an interview the other day, so he could well mean them.
Fleckys Flip-Flop 0 Posted May 17, 2014 He follows with ''at the time people were talking about him as player of the year''. Sorrg peeps, he means Cardiff.
Phillip J Fry 0 Posted May 17, 2014 Exact Quote:''The technique of the goal* on the last day of the season at Carrow Road was sensational he played very well against us.''*reffering to Ramsey''s goal on the last day of the season
JF 694 Posted May 17, 2014 That''s not what he is saying. He says the goal at Carrow road was incredible and goes on to say he played very well against us, ie Cardiff when he was manager.
ricardo 7,220 Posted May 17, 2014 Not at all. He was talking about 2 different games. Against City at CR and against his Cardiff earlier in the season. He certainly wasn''t referring to Norwich as "us".
William Darby 0 Posted May 17, 2014 But he started the sentence by refering to the last game of the season.

danielsroundabout 9 Posted May 17, 2014 LDC is hearing it correctly. He refers to the goal on the last day at Carrow Road and then goes on to add that he also played well against us (Cardiff). Not a snippet to jump to conclusions from.

Guest Posted May 17, 2014 Definitely referred to Cardiff as "us".

The quote below is exactly right - any one saying this is two different games needs an extra "AND" in this sentence and even then its still incorrect to refer to "US" as Cardiff when a) they aren''t mentioned in the sentence and b) why would you refer to us as a club that sacked you! Branston Pickle 3,585 Posted May 17, 2014 Do you think that carefully when speaking all the time?! Of course he will refer to Cardiff as us as he was their manager at the time.
splutcho 143 Posted May 17, 2014 He''s 100% referring to Cardiff. Give it up.

I heard him the other day referring to Cardiff as "we" when discussing something from his time as manager. When he says "us" in that interview today he is referring to Ramsey''s performance against Cardiff where he was MOM and scored twice.
Phillip J Fry 0 Posted May 17, 2014 He''s more than likely referring to Cardiff.I may have got a little caught up in the excitement of it all![:$]
Fleckys Flip-Flop 0 Posted May 17, 2014 Whistleblower,Actually, all you need is a full stop; not an extra ''and''. You have also failed to take in to account what he says immediately after ''us'' (''at that time people were talking about him as player of the season''). That refers to before Christmas and his subsequent injury issues. You are 100% wrong.Sorry.
HazzaJet 252 Posted May 17, 2014 According to Whistleblower this radio show was at lunchtime. I can only see Malky referring to Cardiff, as he would have been announced as the new manager by now if he was referring to Norwich
A Load of Squit 5,041 Posted May 17, 2014 I think you''ve all missed the probability that he could suffer from multiple personality disorder and is incapable of saying ''I'' or ''Me''.
