I think you might well find that Neil Adams is the new Technical Director which seems to be the nitty gritty of being Manager ie recommendations re transfers and loans, some apparent control over training but not Manager. BUT NOT THE MANAGER.

errr nothe idea of the techical blok is to oversee much of the non football/coaching stuffwith the manager now being the chap who runs the training, oversees the games etcthe transfers and loans will most likely still emain wih the board/ scouting network with the above two adding their input a meetings
