Grant Holt thinks it's a good appointment

Recommended Posts

Yes, what does he know compared to a bunch of over excited kids in their bedrooms and the usual ragbag of closet binnersNext you''ll be telling me that the appointment was made by a bunch of folk who turned a £22m debt ridden club into one earning £100m a season

Big well done to mr Adams on getting the job on a full time basis. Great bloke and a top top coach

Maybe there''s some merit in it.

[/quote] As he says nice man and top COACH just useless as a manager .

With the recent changes to the management structure that the board have suggested, Adams will be more like a head-coach than manager anyway. Under those circumstances a ''top coach'' is exactly what we need.

1) Grant Holt never trained with the youth Team

2) Grant Holt wasn''t that bright

3) The Debt was 7 or 8 Million when they came in

4) Turnover was 75M tops last season

5) Perhaps the fans know best for once?

Grant Holt was never the sharpest knife in the kitchen.

That or he is looking to return because Wigan don''t want him.

That would be a backwards step for us too.

I never played for Paul Lambert but I know he was a good mananger, the players ALL use Colney. The debt was NOT £7 or £8m - the majority of the board were appointed in 2009 when the debt was around £22mIncome for 2013 was £78m, the improved TV deal would mean an extra £15m - £25m depending as yet undisclosed figure (overseas TV rights)As to what the ''fans'' know, if you are any guide to that knowledge then it is far call !
