What has happened to McNasty the hard-nosed chief exec? Clearly he is not a quarter of the man he was in 2009. Clearly he has been well and truly captured by Delia and we are now in for one high farce after another. We are going to recruit a coach from a non-league club and we are going to recruit someone to decide on players coming in instead of the manager. Little wonder none of the more credible candidates fancied the job.
