clarkey1972 0 Posted May 26, 2014 Rotherham for me as its my home town being a plastic and all that.I have a feeling (hope) that it might be the first game of the season at the New York. If it is it will be kinda spooky.In August 1981 i saw my first city game v rotherham at millmooron the opening day of the season, rotherham winning 4-1. City had just been relegated and rotherham just promoted. Despite the result i was now a city fan and 33 years later still travel home and away whenever I can.Its called the New York stadium as the firm that used to reside where the new ground is built (guest and crimes) made all the fire hydrons in New York, this area became known as litte New York locally.Rich Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
