barclay_boy111 0 Posted June 2, 2014 We will always produce good youngsters with our academy, look at the youth that''s slowly breaking through the first team now, only problem is we can''t afford to rely on them and break them through to soon.I am a firm believe in if your good enough your old enough though and the likes of Murphy and Loza could be a big asset in the next few seasons. The future is indeed bright and in my opinion we have a manager in place who has the ability to help develop quality young players.That does not mean "throw the youngsters in" but it does mean developing those who really have the ability and attitude to make it.
