yoda 0 Posted April 27, 2014 Lets look on the bright side we have had a couple of seasons back in the prem which looked impossible when we were in league 1,we have cleared that 22 million debt and have local derbies to look forward to so it''s not the end of the world
mrs miggins 0 Posted April 27, 2014 Yes we''ve come a long way in the last 4 years. However, if feels as if this was all a bit unnecessary this going down business, it could have been avoided quite easily I think in many different ways, yet we''ve chosen the wrong decisions at every opportunity almost
kick it off 1,927 Posted April 27, 2014 Indeed. Bad decisions have cost the club this season.Definitely was avoidable. I am very much looking forward to playing the scum again though. I''m bored of the Prem now, I know it''s not a popular opinion, but honestly, how much has anyone enjoyed the last two years? The first season was a novelty, we had Lambert etc, definitely was a fun season. The last two have been dour, with few bright spots. I''m bored of losing all the time. At least the Championship is a bit more exciting!
CanaryOne 0 Posted April 27, 2014 Playing the Scum again may not be as enjoyable as people are thinking , McCarthy is taking them forwards and with the squad we have a season of struggle lays in wait .
Jacks Back 0 Posted April 27, 2014 This season will probably have one of the lowest points tally ever to survive and we couldn''t even manage that. All it would''ve taken is 1 win against fulham, or Cardiff, or west brom. So many wasted chances. No one can say we deserve to stay up.

Darth Catbeard The Old 0 Posted April 27, 2014 Complacency and laziness from the players and short sighted denial from the board are why we''re going down. It was all so avoidable By January the board should have sussed that either Hughton or the team wasn''t good enough so instead of replacing the manager or buying some new players we sat on our arse and did nothing BLAH BLAH BLAH 10 game run BLAH BLAH BLAH 11the last year. You don''t need some foreign lunatic pumping millions into the club to survive in this league. All you need is a decent manager, players with the right mentality (A policy we had and completely abandoned as soon as Lambert left) and to invest every window, in some way, to at least keep up with our rivals.Focus our efforts on getting the right manager and trying to keep Ruddy, Snodgrass and Olsson next year. Sod the rest of those useless lazy, thick wasters and rebuild. If they go, who cares, if they stay and still underperform then let them rot out of the team
