I thought he struggled - I think he is much better as a straight forward box to box midfielder.And he looks more comfortable running at a defence rather than receiving it on the edge of the box and orchestrating like Hoolahan for example.A good instance of this was his goal against the Hammers where he ran at them and then past them.
