TIL 1010

And now the really good news

Recommended Posts

No ridiculous trip to Selhurst Park on Boxing day or New Years Day.  [:D]

Mind you it will probably now be Middlesbro for 2014/15. [:''(]

You just that we will end up going to Selhurst at some point. Probably even twice - pre season friendly and probably a cup match!

It''s written in ncfc law that we must go to Selhurst at least once in a season.

I have a funny feeling that if we go down (we''re not down yet) that we will come up against a championship team under a manager called .............Chris Hughton, who will probably take over a team next season, carry on where he left off from Newcastle and Birmingham - and just to rub salt into the wounds for us, immediately get it scoring and playing well and end up scoring several goals against us.   No satisfaction in that for me, btw - just in case that is what you are thinking - just a case of sods law.  Its just a shame he couldn''t have done it here.

You know LDC there could well be some other ex City players or even Managers who we could come up against should we go down.........Chris Martin notching the winner for Derby, can you imagine the "told you so''s".......Kamara even......maybe Nigel Worthington will get a job in The Championship after his great efforts at York........Lambert even could end up in The Championship as could Cully & Karsa.....plus there are several other ex City players who I would think would love to put one over us............could be fun.

[:)]  Hadn''t got that far in my thinking - but you''re right.  A veritable feeding frenzy for the ''told you so''s'' brigade to latch on to.
