One plus about Chelsea coming away with a point from this game is that by virtue of Goal Difference they have secured 3rd place. Arsenal, having secured 4th place, now cannot get 3rd place themselves, so have nothing to play for in their game with us. Id rather play an Arsenal side who werent desperate to win the game. Hopefully it will still matter by the time our game comes round

With the effort put in today and Arsenal even playing like they did today we have every chance of a good result next week...........
We''re toast fellas. Sunderland aren''t going to lose 2 home games against WBA and Swansea.
Well Nostradamus, I''m sure you would have said 3 weeks ago that here was no chance of Sunderland beating Manchester United and Chelsea away. Look what happened there. It''s all going to depend on which Sunderland turns up. The one who played Chlesea or the one who played us. I''m hoping the latter puts in an appearance for the final two games. But either way, a good result against the Arsenal will have people feeling a bit better about the football club. A Fulham-esque performance though..............

Sh*t banter Iwan. And a good result against Arsenal may make people feel better, but it won''t change the fact that we''ll be playing in the Championship next season.
