Having a bit of a read about John Park he once apparently turned down offers from Chelsea to work in their set up, turned down West Brom and he was also at Celtic way before Lennon became manager.

Reading his credentials in youth development and scouting talent he seems like a sought after guy, and if Chester is leaving exactly the sought of guy we need, but I''m not exactly sure why he would be following Lennon a long way south when he has previously turned down big PL clubs and theres quotes about being mad to turn down CL football when you google him?

Maybe all of them are after a new challenge....
