It's Character Forming 1,156 Posted April 8, 2014 Normally in football I think they get the balance of their contract paid out, so Hughton will get a year''s wages if he had a year left to go. If he gets another job in that time, the wages for his new job would be set off I think. Hence Di Matteo didn''t want to take a job this season because he is getting paid a fully salary by Chelsea and effectively he''d have been working for free.
