funny old game 1 Posted April 12, 2014 Well dispite our best efforts today, we are now hovering perilously over the trap door to the championship, all is not lost just yet, Wigan have shown that it''s not impossible to compete against the best, so we have to hope for a miracle, one outstanding performance, but if the worst happens it will be as our CEO suggested worse than death, not so much for the football, we''ll still turn up week after week & once the first whistle goes get behind however wears the shirt, more of a worry are the financial implications, having just cleared our debts the board are unlikely to risk putting us back into debt in pursuit of a quick return to the premier league, many of our under performing stars will want out, so I fear our championship squad will be a mix of our current fringe players & youth players which will not be good enough to compete at the top end of the championship, we could even find ourselves lower down the pecking order than the scum if they don''t pass us on there way up
LostTheFaith 0 Posted April 12, 2014 Most of our players are championships level so will not be surprised at keeping a lot!
mrs miggins 0 Posted April 12, 2014 Should we sacrifice David Mcnally to Allah or something, or slaughter a goat? ...does that work...does that do anything?
