unique 434 Posted March 3, 2014 Ok.......so you''re 4-1 down at half-time to Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea or Arsenal and you pretty much accept game over and damage limitation.4-1 down to a Villa side, underwhelming poor at home these past two seasons, and especially so for the first twenty-five minutes on Sunday and you just accept the defeat at half-time?Did Norwich really gain by not conceding any more goals, but by the same token not giving it a real go to try and put just a little pressure on Villa in the first ten minutes or so of the second half? Is it so obvious to the management team that we haven''t a cat in hell''s chance of scoring two goals in a game, let alone three or four? The second-half said as much about Norwich City at the moment as did the mad fifteen minutes in the first. To give up in a PL match at half-time, against a fellow struggler, is a very sorry state of affairs. Juggy 0 Posted March 3, 2014 It has become ''the norm'' for us to give up as soon as we go behind.I believe that only once have we come back from behind at half time to win under Hughton, that was West Ham at home.We do quite literally give up. That''s just our nature now.
