Since 1980 27 Posted March 9, 2014 There is going to have to be one almighty striker inquest at the end of the season. Pretty well 14 million spent with virtually no return. Are the players at fault or is it CH''s playing technique? Are they kept or not?

Three or four goals each from RVW and Hooper, meaning around 15 goals between them would go some way to redressing the balance - as well as helping to keep us up. Juggy 0 Posted March 9, 2014 "Are they kept or not?"That decision should be up to the new manager.
GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary 1,748 Posted March 9, 2014 Hooper and for that matter Becchio should get a shed load in the Championship even under (not that he''d be here) Hughton..
Hoolahans Left Foot 0 Posted March 9, 2014 To be fair to LDC he''s still peddling out the same idea of us magically turning a corner. Never going to happen
Mr Jenkins 0 Posted March 9, 2014 A manger that sets his team up to get the best out of his strikers will get them both scoring next season.
4th floor 4 Posted March 10, 2014 I think overall the low number of goals is because we don''t have much of a passing game, resulting in not making many good chances. We''re not really getting around the back of teams, too often resorting to kick and rush style long balls or crossing into a crowded penalty area.
