..xx..WoRtHy_In..xx.. 0 Posted April 25, 2005 I sit in the N+P stand nearest the new block. There is this man who sits near me and i might actually have to kill him soon! If he isn''t shouting at the players telling them what to do (he even shouts out to hack the other players!) then he is screeching at the lino! It is driving me NUTS and on Sat he really blew it! He shouted a racist comment at one of our players! I dont no his name but if you are out there THEN PLEASE PLEASE SHUT UP!!!!!! Welll, keep on singing (not that he does much of this) ''cos the team need our support!
Canarychick 0 Posted April 25, 2005 During the first half of a home game I have a bloke and his daughter behind me. He is full of useless statistics and doesn''t stop commentating on the game.Second half it gets worse. The bloke swaps places with his son who sits a bit further up and the son has a high pitched voice that gets on your nerves!
Jedi Knight 0 Posted April 25, 2005 If he is shouting racist comments then you should feel justified in reporting him to the club and they should follow it up. Don''t do nothing, even if you can''t face confronting him yourself. +Relocate your seat for next season?
Brum Uni Canary 0 Posted April 25, 2005 Would this be the guy in row B or C? I think I know the guy you mean - I had to sit directly behind him at the Newcastle game and he wouldn''t shut up! It was funny laughing at him at times, but he would not shut up at all, nor sit down until long after everyone else had. What a waste of money for a season ticket if all you are going to do is concentrate on all the negative things (yelling at Worthy for long periods as well - as if he could hear!) and not the game. For what is supposed to be a ''family'' area, his choice of language wasn''t the best either....having said that, the youngest kids around me were equally foul mouthed and I couldn''t believe there were kids who looked about 12 or 13 smoking...the state of youth today! DTT 0 Posted April 25, 2005 unfortunatly thats what you get in the river end. tends to be where the moaners congregate. theres guy thats sits behind me... and i dont think ive EVER heard him say anything positive about the team. we could me 9-0 up at chelsea and he''ll still come out with his catchphrase "RUBBBIISSSSSHHHHH, RUUUUUUUUUUUUUBBBBBBBBBBBBIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH". gets quite annoying after a while, but u learn to get used to it. some people are just never happy, and will moan constantly. you get them at every football ground. if you thought he was being racist though, you should have informed the stewards. Tumbleweed 106 Posted April 25, 2005 For the Newcastle game when Jonson came on a bloke near me said "He hasn''t done anything all night" I said "Well, its a bit difficult when he''s been sat on the bench". So he said: "That''s irrelevant and anyway we need to learn from Ipswich- too many b****y foreigners". I gave up then at his ignorance and what could also have been a racist comment. It takes all sorts as they say.........

And is really big! Oh the the racist things he said were things like ''Go back to where you came from'' (think this was aimed at safri) And then he said to Helveg ''Go back to Denmark where you belong'' I no this isn''t like extreme racism. MadDan 0 Posted April 25, 2005 Bring back the terraces. Would allow you to move along a bit. Also allow you to spend the game with the group you want to be with without having to book up months in advance.Might bring into question the £25 - £35 cost as well
KeelansGlove 0 Posted April 25, 2005 Thank goodness for a minute I thought it was me (although I only ever abuse the ref and sit in row P) but I apologise if Ive ever upset anyone.

ZLF 334 Posted April 26, 2005 Every area has one - one just behind me and my daughter was screaming at the city players to stop effing around and kill ronaldo (coz I hate ''im!) at the manure game and to break rooney and scholes legs; recently (the last three games said with so much venom my daughter and the woman next to her get covered in spittle!) he has got worse as the tension gets to him, I need a mourinho type collar to protect my neck No I am no manue fan but I wouldnt wish that on a tractor boy despite my dislike for them exceeding all others. Like your local nutter mine does not restrict his commenst to opponents and Damo, Jonson and Bents were the main recipients of his own vitriolic encouragement on sat. Unfortunately he is a season ticket holder - first year in this seat at least. I just hope he is looking to move on next season, assuming he is. Not sure what the next step is, nothing racist yet but how close to that should I allow it to get? OTBC
BedsCanary 0 Posted April 26, 2005 I''m always abusing the linos and referees. Fortunately for me, so is everybody else in the snakepit

Where I sit in the upper Barclay, there is a guy behind me who travels to games (home and away) every week, from just outside Nottingham! Now I should have utter respect for the guy because it must cost him a fortune and take up loads of his time. But he talks soooooooo much c**p and doesn''t shut up!! Myself and the people who sit around me nearly cried when a couple of seasons a go he announced proudly that he had a three year season ticket! Oh great

Does he screech at the linesmen and the ref when they train in the corner. Another person who annoys me in that corner though is the stewards. They don''t let us have any fun. They confiscated the football on saturday, they don''t let anyone take pictures and if the little kids stand on their seats to watch a goal going in, they shout really loud at them!! It really annoys me? Anyone feel the same way?
