Tettey as Captain

Recommended Posts

See today''s Pink''un home pageTettey is not the first player to come out in support of the manager. He talks of CH''s passion and also the lack of leadership on the field. Would he, as capatin, galvanise the squad for the last 8 games or would a change have the opposite effect and upset the status quo?

it is a feature of his game, he is constantly cajoling the team on pitch and probably as vocal as anyone bar ruddy, certainly the most vocal cm.

Its is a possibility - but for me stick with bassong or ruddy.

it is a worry that we remain so bereft of on pitch leaders.

CUSDP - agree no change at the mo - and come next season hope we have signed a leader too.

snoddy seems to be too critical to be leadership for me, vocal he is but encouraging? not the impression he gives. But certainly a possibility,

howson, perfectly placed to, its hard to recall him being a regular cajoler, you dont need to be captain to lead. he seems simply too quiet here at the mo? at some stage the clear potential needs to be realised - its his 3rd season here now

Odd comment that Howson hasn''t realised potential. He''s been Norwich''s best player for over a year now. And I hear he''s held in very high regard by the other players
