rvw goal drought

Recommended Posts

Cannot remember him doing anything apart from running about closing people down .I heard its gone past 19 hours since scoring that 8.5million goal at the start of the season .how long can we carry him for ,hooper has to start from now on . What is longest goal drought for a striker in the premier league? Will he brake it?

RVW now spends much of his time shying away from the ball. It looks very much that when the ball is coming into the box, he would happily find himself marked by a defender. Granted, earlier in the season he was getting into decent positions without any of his team mates having the nous to play him in, but it''s gone beyond that now.

Quite why Hughton is continuing to select him asks bigger questions of Hughton than it does RVW.

sadly hes rubbish, even more sadly his resale value probably wont even be half of what we paid, even worse than that is no one outside of portugal will probably want himmaybe if he put on a couple of stone, bulks up and then gets himself fit over the summer we might get a bit more next season, one things for sure - if we go down he wont last ten minutes in the championship, he will get beasted.

1. Mattias Jonson | Norwich City | Games without scoring: 282. Nile Ranger | Newcastle United | Games without scoring: 263. Enrique De Lucas | Chelsea | Games without scoring: 254. David Kelly | Sunderland | Games without scoring: 245. Lee Hughes | West Bromwich Albion | Games without scoring: 236. Dong-Gook Lee | Middlesborough | Games without scoring: 237. Kaba Diawara | West Ham United and Arsenal | Games without scoring: 238. Erik Meijer | Liverpool | Games without scoring: 239. Carl Shutt | Leeds United & Manchester City | Games without scoring: 2010. Julius Aghahowa | Wigan Athletic | Games without scoring: 20

by my reckoning that means wolfie moves into 9th ?

It was an £8 million gamble that CH is prepared to ''die in a ditch'' for to see come good...but I think he has had his lot for this season, offload or loan out to the championship for next season...this bit of business has made us a bit of a joke...the name doesn''t help either!
