I will probably be sober tomorrow, but if the tube is running, you could do worse than the Coborn, Coborn Road, near Mile End Tube (District line to Upton Park), Youngs Pub, run by Spurs fan, basically West Ham orientation, but a friendly pub, which should not be busy tomorrow.
