Hughton contract

Recommended Posts

McNally wont sack Hughton unless we are in the bottom 3.Apparently so lve heard that its written in his contract. lf we do sack him its going to cost the club 3.5 million compensation. not much when we will lose 60 mill next season. That''s why mcnally a[ways refers to, ''at least the club are not in the bottom 3''

Somebody else says £4m.

At £4m with 15 months left on his deal that would give him a salary of £60k a week.

Lambert was apparently on £1m a year plus bonuses.

Are we seriously saying that Hughton is on £60k a week?

SIXTY GRAND A WEEK!!!???

One of your closest forum allies claims the same thing Morty.

Ask Mrs Miggins what the source is.

Well I''m inclined not to believe it because it would put Hughton on £60k a week.

Just don''t believe we''d go and hand a Championship manager a three year deal on £60k a week.

CH is on a three year deal. Bearing in mind he is over half way through the second year this means he is on at least £7m for the three years? £2.33 million pa? 44k per week?

That would make him better paid that than the players?

Not a chance.
