Is it time for Mr McNalley to step down.

FFS NO!! There''s already a post on this, from which the below taken. We''d be more screwed without him.

Will need a new 10 year plan after he takes us back to the Championship for failing to act. No backbone whatsoever! For all the good work he has allegedly done (which really was only appointing Lambert and he done the rest) he quickly undone that failing to keep Lambert and hiring Hughton.

Riiiight. All he did was appoint Lambert? Wow. Absolutely. Clueless.

Appointed Lambert, completely restructured the club while in League 1, increased capacity/revenue, wiped out huge debts, kept a steady ship after Lambert departure, gave us the LOWEST wage to turnover ratio in the league - 49% last year (very very important) made the CORRECT appointement in Hughton at the time because he kept us up, oversaw and managed excellent transfer business last summer to give probably best squad ever and best signings ever...

But yes, all he really did was appoint Lambert. Hilarious.

Yes he faces a new and serious challenge now in deciding what to do with our current situation. But it is every kind of WRONG to say he did nothing for this other than appoint Lambert.

At the risk of stating what will be obvious to some though clearly not all posters, McNally is human. He is not a superbeing nor is he a lizard as far as I believe.

Humans make mistakes. You expect that. You hope they do not make big mistakes but if they do then it must be balanced against the positive. Even if we are relegated, it would be folly in the extreme to sack McNally and frankly, on his performance inconceivable. He is the best CEO we could hope for and has led this club effectively and profitably over the last four plus years.

Of course, there may be some board room battle that leads to his demise but it will be a bad day for this club when he leaves.

a) I don''t believe we''ve yet been relegated.

b) What is the point in calling for everyone to resign when the going gets tough? Who is going to come in and do a better job?

c) At least spell his name right.
c) At least spell his name right.
Maybe that''s the problem I.S.The board (headed by Dalia and lead by McNalley) are desperately trying to get rid of Chris Houghton instead of the clown we''ve currently got in charge.Maybe it was because it was far easier to spell Gunn, that they god rid of him so quickly (similarly Grant would probably have gone if he hadn''t had the decency to resign), whereas Worthington and Roeder caused them so many spelling issues, that they lasted far longer than the board actually wanted, and indeed the current manager could well last another season until one of them figures out that it''s Hughton instead of Houghton...[:D]
