Day off at Virgin for the players today

Was at Virgin Active this lunchtime......got changed next to Wes Hoolohan and a few of the players were there so were clealy given the day off in spite of the shambles last night.

They deserved their day off.

They have a big game on saturday, so why go in to training today after a late night in London?

After all, we were doomed to failure last night anyway.... despite their poor league position and recent goal drubbings Fulham were unbeaten in this season''s FA Cup so our defeat should have come as little surprise.... (or other such typical Hughton post-match remarks)

Most football clubs have a rest day on a Wednesday, Norwich don''t train on a Wednesday usually or at least last season when my friend coached that was the case.

Whilst you might query this, obviously a footballer usually works weekends so needs some time off during the season

On bbc radio Norfolk this morning McNally said that Hughton was holding a training session...

yeh they were at colney for a bit today ( my mates one of the groundsmen) he did say hughton went off at one point but sadly came back ! :( :P

Have heard they may be off to Dubai for warm training in the 10 day break.
