Absolutely.We already have Tettey here, so there''s an international connection for the guy, he''s been linked with a number of good clubs and Man City beat off some strong competition to sign him back in 2007, and the main issue appears to be that he wants regular football which he''s never going to get when you have players like Toure and Fernandinho in front of you!That price is a bargain IMHO, but I also think this means that bigger clubs than us may well have first dibs...
