nutty nigel 7,513 Posted January 15, 2014 Greetings PUPs and welcome to week 23 of the Rays Funds season. Thisweek we have Norfolkbradslim in charge and making the final selections. ‘Slimis one of our most consistent PUPs of all time. He is always around the verytop of our league and this season is no different seeing him once again over90% having been successful with 21 of his 22 selections. Richard is also verysupportive of me and our thread. Whenever I have decisions to make he’s alwaysone of the first to come up with ideas and support. He certainly is the rightman to be in the hot seat as we attempt to get back to back wins like we didover Christmas. After Cosmic’s fantastic win last weekend our winnings have passed £300for the season. I think that’s the real proof of how good you team of PUPs actuallyare. Last week’s stats were around 90% for the second time in the last threeweeks. More of the same will give Norfolkbroadslim an outstanding chance ofsuccess. Don’t forget for your selection to be considered it must be played onSat/Sun/Mon and be listed on Bet365 or William Hill websites. I’ve provisionally arranged the rota for February : - 01/02/14 1st Wazzock08/02/14 Yankee Canary15/02/14 Trent Canary22/02/14 Mister Chops Yankee and Trent have confirmed but still need to hear from Wazzy andMister. This week Blah Blah Blah is in charge of the Norwich match bet. Blah isvery much part of our wonderful team of PUPs even though he doesn’t post sooften these days. His place on Rays signature is testament to his quality and Iknow our match bet is safe in his hands. I’m sure Blah would appreciate allyour suggestions for the match bet against Hull. Good luck buddy our fiver isin your hands. Don’t forget the bet can be a single £5 or divided into up tofive individual £1 bets. Now I’ll hand the thread over to Norfolkbroadslim.Remember there’s no pressure because we areall going to do our best to help you get x2 by your name in the Rays Funds Hallof Fame. We all stand together with the single aim of raising money for theCommunity Sports Foundation Good luck all you PUPs... Take it away Richard ... the thread isyours....... [:)].... As always I leave you withRays signature which now reads :- Carve their names withpride.Yankee,4,Fellas,3,P''boro,2,Mr Chops,2,NewYork,2, Inch High,3,Blahblahblah, NCFC_Shaun, 1st Wazzock,3, Fonejacker,3, Norfolkbroadslim,Norfolkchance1,2, Scooby,3, Trent Canary, Cosmic Twin,2, Graham Humphrey,Leedscanary,2, NcfcStar, Herman, Delia’s Devonshire Dirtbox, Lappinitup,Statto, Mandie Moo, Mr Bump, Kathy, Til1010, Snake-eyes, Vindo, NWC, Hughesy.Gregt yes Norfolkchance1 £2038 for the Academy, and £263 for the CommunitySports Foundation. They are 17/2/0 this season.Levadiakos are fourth from bottom, and are 0/1/9 away from home. This game last season finished 4-0, and looks an absolute banker.Best of luck all.(Match Bet - How about Jelavic to score first - If he is likely to start)... norfolkbroadslim 223 Posted January 16, 2014 Thank you Nutty for the wonderful introduction. It really is an honour to be making the final selections again. Hopefully I can break my hoodoo of my last few times in charge where I have ended up with 5 from 6, as have so many PUPs this season! Please keep the selections coming in, we''ve already had some great ones so far, thanks. The decision that faces me, as indeed it does all of us, is whether to play as safe as houses, gamble a little, gamble a fair amount, or gamble a lot?[:S] I have no idea what way I am going to go yet. So please keep the naps coming in, no matter how obscure I will give each one full consideration. It will probably be late on Friday evening when I make my final selections. Good luck everyone and good luck blahx3[:)]

blahblahblah 2 Posted January 16, 2014 No problem at all nutty. It has to be said that if Norwich fail to beat a Hull side who have lost 7 out of 10 on the road, scored 7 away all season, and have had the fewest shots in the league, then it doesn''t look good. But all that is for another thread. When would you like the selections for the norwich game nutty ?
Guest Posted January 16, 2014 Italy for me this week and I''ll have a Roma home win please...Good luck to slim and all my fellow pups this week but most of all good luck to our very own Norwich city this week.
The Great Drinkell 50 Posted January 16, 2014 Going into the bottom league this week, table topping Scunthorpe are flying and have added our academy developed Paul Hayes to their firepower. They are up against a very average Wimbledon at Glandford Park so I confidently predict Scunthorpe. V Wimbledon. Home WinAs for the match bet I''m confident that all our woes will be behind us by 5pm so go 2-0 win to city.Good luck to all
lappinitup 629 Posted January 16, 2014 Conference this week where pace setters Luton (10-3-0-34-11) unbeaten in their last nineteen league games, entertain wrexham (3-3-8-23-25).Luton v wrexham.......Home win.Good luck Slim. [Y]For Blah, Hooper is likely to score at least one so probably worth doing as back-up IF you decide to go with nutty''s two.Good luck and good to see you Blah.
