I am really getting into the rules in respect of what constitutes a plastic. I am hoping that the "Plastic Meister" Simple Jack is lurking and can answer a couple of questions.

Are Norwich fans that travel to away games "plastic" if they do not walk to the away game?

Are fans that are unable to walk "plastic"

If I do not drive to the game but get driven, say on a bus am I a plastic

From an old 62 year old Teenager a plastic fan is someone who lives close to Norwich but sits in an arm chair and supports Arsenal Liverpool Manure Chelski Man city, on the tele, My son in law Qualifies, he lives in Caister and supports Liverpool never been to Anfield or Carrow road to watch his beloved reds. but wears all the kit now that in my eyes is Plastic, you can''t be called Plastic if you support your local team home or away
