Tetteys Jig 830 Posted February 4, 2014 I see they are restructuring their coaching team. They are near enough just as much in the doo-doo as us but at least they''re doing something to stop the rut.Could we learn from this?

pete 318 Posted February 4, 2014 Unlikely we would follow the actions of a club that recognises what is wrong. Ought to have sacked Calderwood or Trollope long time ago might encourage Hughton to leave. We really need an effective coach for the first team appear they have received little coaching for last 2 years.
Molly Windley 76 Posted February 4, 2014 Fulham tried something similar, brought in Muelensteen as coach to Jol, then replaced Jol with Muelensteen, then brought in Wilkins and then Curbishley. Not saying it wouldn''t work, just saying it doesn''t always work.
