Perhaps, we might have approached the Spurs match with a different mindset?

We made Spurs look like Champions Highland, time is showing us the reality.

Had Sours played the way they did against us they wouldnt have gone down by five today. Early season they looked a much better side and were playing very well, regardless of how we played. As for Liverpool today, without Gerrard and Sturridge, that''s impressive and they together with Man City,Arsenal and probably Chelsea and Manure will certainly hand out more tonkings between now and the end of the season............thats very obvious, and not just to us!

Or maybe more teams are having ups and downs and are prone to heavy defeats than we are used to? Spurs started the season well. We played them at the wrong time. Conversely given what we''ve seen more recently, we played Southampton at the right time.
Hmm a team that spent how much get stuffed at home and still some use this a stick to beat the club they purport to support, you couldn`t make it up.......
You could SOB, because they do make it up.Some of our recent poor results are being put in context with drubbings handed out by Man City, Liverpool etc to the much more fancied sides.I''m not surprised that it doesn''t suit everyone''s agenda.
