simmo_2 6 Posted January 4, 2014 Many won''t agree but why are we the only club I can think of who attack there noisiest fans 1st half. This could relegate us on its own!
sh007 0 Posted January 4, 2014 I have to say this has been puzzling me for quite a while too, at first I thought we must be losing the toss or something but it seems to be the case almost every home game. Very odd.
Matt Juler 148 Posted January 4, 2014 I''ve a feeling Carrow Road has a surprisingly steep slope one way, perhaps that''s a reason?
Gingerpele 0 Posted January 4, 2014 So the promotions we won under Lambert doing that, and two mid table PL finishes....They all didn''t happen? Yeah... Really big problem.
Thirsty Lizard 3,155 Posted January 4, 2014 Of all the games of football that are won nearly 80% are won by the side that scores first.Given that statistic - which end would you attack first given the choice?

sh007 0 Posted January 4, 2014 Very good point about the statistics of games won for those scoring first. Best reason I have yet heard.

Number 9 0 Posted January 4, 2014 Not sure bout that cusdp, it was leveled when the plastic grass and base was fitted a few years ago
can u sit down please 0 Posted January 4, 2014 I played on it in a snr cup final a few yrs ago and it''s more toward the n&p/jarrold corner. Didn''t know it had been levelled, cheers.
simmo_2 6 Posted January 5, 2014 Why do people on here fail to see the point of the post, even mourinho said the kop scored the goal in champions league semi. Its another case of good old Norwich lets look after others before ourselves. As for the first goal meaning so much in matches, this may be true but so many prem matches are 0-0 at half time.Clutching at straws, all the top clubs have a prefered end to attack 2nd half, I wonder why????????? norfolkngood 1,086 Posted January 5, 2014 it is bacause the sun sets behind the river end so better for our keeper second half ! due to the sun if out being lower behind the stand to shade the sun ........if its cloudy and rainy I doubt this works !!!!!!!!! Ketts Rebel 0 Posted January 5, 2014 Sun Sun Sun ! ...especially when its low in the winter. The Sun blinds the keeper and players (and the Barclay supporters ) ... Given the choice,it would be madness to play towards the N&P first half.
