Half-time on Saturday, the CSF and the Sporting Light Appeal

Recommended Posts

How many of you saw these guys at half-time on Saturday? It was another example of the fantastic work done in Norfolk by the Community Sports Foundation.

If you posters would like to help raise money for the CSF then we just need an entry each week on Rays Funds. We need your help in finding six correct football selections and a forecast for the week''s Norwich match. In fact I''m looking for some more posters to make the final selection for the Norwich match bet. It''s great fun so come and give us a look. The new thread will be up on Wednesday evening.

This just shows what donating £10 per season to Nutty for the PUPs bet helps fund with any winnings that are made. Great stuff Nutty. [Y]

every single Norwich Fan should be proud as punch of the CSF.

the work they do, much of it by volunteers should not be overlooked, the set up at the CSF is the envy of many other clubs accross the country too.

I was one of the people who did the charity zip wire over the summer for CSF – raised about £600 for them. Great organisation with truly dedicated people, and a credit to our club.

Great stuff Feedthewolf. As others have said the club''s involvement with the CSF is something we should all be proud of.

For the first six seasons Rays Funds supported the academy raising more than £2,000. However last summer we decided to review this because with the multi-million pound funding of our category one academy it was felt our money now made little difference. With the help of David McNally and Ricky Martin we came up with the idea of raising funds for ther CSF instead. So far this season we have raised £281. It would be great if we could get this to £500.

Our funding is secure for the season and all I''m asking is for some more help by leaving selections on the thread. It''s a great thing to be part of and all Pink Un posters are welcome to join in.
