Juggy 0 Posted January 13, 2014 He has been inconsistent all season for me. Drifting in and out of games, looking good one week and poor the next. Being quiet most of a game and then a moment of brilliance.But I think inconsistency has been a common theme throughout Hughton''s tenure. This season even more than last.Last year Bassong and Snodgrass were 1 and 2 in the player of the season awards, Turner one players player of season.Those three were the most consistent performers. This year I''d struggle to pick a player of the season at this halfway point because of inconsistency.Hooper perhaps is the only one, but even he fluffed his lines at Everton when an easy chance presented itself.Fer and Van Wolfswinkel both seem to lack effort to me. Probably because they are intelligent players who haven''t been taught to run around trying to win possession, but rather taught to keep possession when they get it.
