Hooper on bench!!!!!!!!!

Recommended Posts

3 games in one week, need to stop any injuries from extra game time and use the squad wisely.

Wasn''t expecting it but not really that stupid a thing to do.

To be honest it makes sense and that is coming from someone who is firmly in the Hughton out camp! Elmander will be able to hold the ball up better than Hooper who as a lone striker hasn''t looked comfortable in my opinion, we have to go 5 in midfield against a team with there quality and Wes will be able to help the midfield without the ball and hopefully add that spark when we have it.

Fair enough, but isn''t that just the type of Hughton negative logic that wrankles us all?

Hooper''s confidence must have been high after Saturday. What will it be now?

I suppose he''ll get ten minutes when we are trailing by a few.

Dur!!!!

So he''s rotating?

That''s why every other player from Saturday is playing?

So he has a good performance on Saturday, scores his first goal from open play, confidence high, an understanding developing with Wes, excited to play at Anfield in front of the Kop but then he''s dropped. You couldn''t make it up.
