Match thread Liverpool vs Norwich City

Recommended Posts

The game was over before a ball was kicked, when Hughton decided (yet again) to come to an away ground and try and play for a goalless draw.  How many of you saw the line up and thought we''ve got no hope?  Well, I''m guessing thats exactly what the players thought as well.  There is no belief to go to an away ground and win a game, that is instilled by our negative hopeless manager.

Impossible to play him in this mood.

What mood is that? The lack of a defence mood - 29 goals conceded so far in right games , -15 goal difference worst in league. Hughton is the man!

Are you watching the game .. does it look like we are playing for a 0-0 draw?

Nail on head Clint.

Our only chance of getting anything out of this game would have been if we got a goal, so we drop our striker, feel sorry for the players and all the travelling army, shocking!

teams always have "that" day against us. Feel free to add to the list:

* Villa cant keep a clean sheet - They keep a clean sheet

* Newcastle havent scored from a corner in 2 yrs - they do against us

* We make Tottenham look like world beaters

* 10 men Hull

* Man City nearly eual the Premier league record against us

* Cardiff''s goalkeeper has "that day" against us

Oh well I''m sure we''ll just concede another 5 or 6. The manager clearly doesn''t care, and no one cares to take him to task over it. Why don''t we just forfeit the away games? It''s a straight 3-0 defeat but our goal difference (goals conceded) would surely be healthier!

Norwich

Norwich have won just three of 25 Premier League away games under Chris Hughton (W3, D7, L15).

Hughton''s side have scored just eight goals in the last 14 away games and failed to score in eight of those 14 matches.

Three of the Canaries four league wins this season have been 1-0 triumphs.

He will be after you for saying things like that CUSDP lol

But you are right.

The sad thing is that Liverpool look dodgy at the back and if we had a striker on there we could have done some damage! we went into the game expecting to lose and have not been disappointed? Shocking leadership yet again

It was said before this game started that it''s more about a good performance than the result tonight, and frankly we are playing quite aggressively… we have missed a couple of half chances and Suarez has been on fire…
