Whats the point of keeping him?

Please can someone explain why we should keep him as manager? His one attribute was that he has sorted out our leaky defence and made us a tighter unit, all be it making us poorer going forward but as boring as that was it was getting results and we did look solid. This season that so called defensive strenth has bolted and we are leaking more goals than ever with the attacking play still lacking any real threat. So what exactly is he bringing to the party? From where I am viewing he is a liabilty to the team.

We would have to pay him off if we sack him.

and there may not be an obvious replacement candidate available without having to pay another club compensation.

so its cheaper to keep him. and spend the money on better players in January....

Whats the point in signing better players in january when he clearly can''t manage or motivate them? The ''better'' players we signed in the summer under him look no better than what we had, were just 25 million lighter but the problem is still there, Hughton.

We have conceded 28 goals in 14 games. By what stretch of the imagination can it be claimed that he has ''sorted out'' our defence?

I don''t care how good Suarez is..... out of four hat-tricks this season and last season for Liverpool..... 50% of them have come against us.

We capitulate when facing any team with the slightest bit of class in their attack.

Building what? We cant score goals and concede at an alarming rate. I would suggest whats being built needs knocking down and starting again cos the foundations are shot!

He is an idiot he makes gunny look competent as a manager. How many more humiliations have we to endure. If he had any self respect he would resign but it''s a sign of the mans character that he won''t do the right thing.
