BOO 0 Posted December 5, 2013 Seems like a long time ago doesn''t it, somehow CH and the team managed to engineer a excellent unbeaten run of 10 games last season, and we were all very happy bunnies.Since then however we have been in terminal decline. When I joined this Board end of March last year I could see the writing was on the wall, and with the exception of the odd couple of games end of last season, and they were very odd, the performance line continues to head south! That 10 game run was the core of last season, can anybody honestly see us doing it again? Robornio 107 Posted December 5, 2013 No, is my honest answer. As I’ve said before, every managergoes through a ‘good run’ in their career, but what makes a good manager is howhe gets the team to respond when it starts going all wrong. After conceding 22goals in the past 5 away games, added to some rather ghastly club records duringhis tenure, a win percentage under-30% and the tactical astuteness of a WW1 commander,I’d say I’m pretty confident that it’s time for a change. Good point, the response comes down to leadership, of which there is none!
