Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Week 17

Recommended Posts

Greetings PUPs and welcome to week 17 of the Rays Funds season. After Inchy’s

near miss for a fouth final selections win last week, this week we have a young

PUP having his first attempt picking the six. I am very proud to introduce to

you Twidio who is our youngest PUP and he''ll be 10 tomorrow.[^] Ryan has been with

us for a long time though. He’s been to nearly all our presentations and meets

where he was a big favourite with Arrdee. This is Twidio’s third season picking

and he’s been a revelation so far. He picked correctly in the first 10 weeks

and is still in the chasing pack with 14/16 88%. They are stats that his grandad

can only dream of!!

Last week was a tremendous week for our great team of PUPs.45/52 87%

picked correctly. A repeat of that will give Twidio an outstanding chance of

getting us 6/6 after 6 consecutive 5/6s. Don’t forget for your selection to be

considered it must be played on Sat/Sun/Mon and be listed on Bet365 or William

Hill websites.

This week’s Norwich match bet is in the capable hands of Javier''s Deaf Translator. Jav’s having a great season

picking and looks a certainty for a place in the Fab40. Meanwhile I’m really

pleased he has this chance to be more involved. I’m sure he’d appreciate your

suggestions for our game against WBA. Good luck Jav, our fiver is in your

hands. Don’t forget the bet can be a single £5 or divided into up to five

individual £1 bets.

Now Ill hand the thread over to Twidio.

Remember theres no pressure because we are

all going to do our best to help you get your name in the Rays Funds Hall of Fame.

We all stand together with the single aim of raising money for the Community

Sports Foundation

Good luck all you PUPs... Take it away Ryan ... the thread is

yours.......[:)]........

As always I leave you with

Rays signature which now reads :-

Carve their names with

Well wash my crops away and call me Clarence Carter! How fantastic is that? A miniature Nutty picks up the baton.

I think the free bet is in good hands for many years to come now. We''re all rooting for you Ryan.

I''m running scared of the FA cup this week. Instead I''ve chosen Burnley to beat Barnsley. After an unexpected win at Brighton last night, I cant see Barnsley coming up with a repeat performance.

As far as City''s game goes, last season this fixture signalled the end of our long unbeaten run, and I fancy it to be the start of a new one. So a straight Norwich to win for me. Good luck JDT

To the land of all things French for me this week, I fancy Monaco to have a bit too much for Ajaccio, so Monaco v Ajaccio HOME win please.

For the Norwich bet, and after a lenghty consultation with the tea leaves in my cup after my lovely mrs managed to split the teabag and "forgot" to tell me, I can safely say with absolutely no evidence or science behind it, that Norwich will win 2 - 1, and Hooper will score at least one of them.

Many happy returns Twidio and best of luck to you & JDT and all pups.

Off to the Euro debt mountain known as Greece and a HOME WIN  for PAOK v Apollon Smirnis.

Happy Birthday Ryan[^]

I''m picking in Belgium this weekend. I think Anderlecht (who are W6 D1 L2 F24 A10 at home) should beat Waasland-Beveren (who are W0 D3 L5 F7 A15 away).

Anderlecht                v          Waasland-Beveren          Home Win

And for Jav.. Leroy Fer to score anytime is 6/1 and I think he''s one of our more likely scorers.
