hardley1 0 Posted October 25, 2013 Norwich City should be aware that ex Central Defender Spencer Prior has been appointed as State Football Coach in the Island State of Tasmania and has contact with numerous very good young prospects.Whilst another favourite with the City fans one Kevin Muscat has been appointed manager/coach of the A League Melbourne Victory Club.
